And so it came to pass that the Pun’kin Heads were on their own to find transport with luggage delivery to the Royal Inn Suites (R.I.S.) where the bread & milk with onions and the long sought after feathered nests were calling. Toad and Cisco were running up and down the line of taxis and limousines propositioning every operator with cash flashing and smooth words. And somewhere in the dark and amongst the masses of humanity they found a taker and were able to bribe a limousine operator into topping out his load with a few passengers and 3 tons of bags.
So Cisco and four of the sons with a few things loaded into the Limo and were gone. Cisco tells that when they made the first drop off of credible travelers at their hotel the boss came out to see what was going down. Cisco says that the Limo driver leaned over to him and said to let him do all the talking. It appears that the driver surely wanted to present the right miss-representation to his boss who probably shouldn’t know that he was transporting contraband travelers to another hotel. After passing the boss’s scrutiny and probably due to the fast talking operator who had been propositioned and bought off by Toad and Cisco, they arrived at the R.I.S. at about 12:45 A.M. (Alaska Time).
Mean while back at the airport, Toad was still shamelessly bribing any and all operators that passed through the pick up area and low and behold around 1:00 A.M. he eventually scored. The driver promised he would be back later collect on his proposition after he dropped this last load off and guess what - he did! So about 20 minutes after 1:00 A.M. Toad and son along with Uncle Garcia stuffed all their gear and ourselves into an older model sedan and headed for the R.I.S. where they arrived about 1:30 A.M.
Somewhere during all of this Bird and Boys along with the Aust Dog came slipping into Anchorage through the Jet Stream and touched down around1:00 A.M. They were arriving just as Toad and son with uncle Garcia were leaving the front of the airport in their nefarious ride to the Royal Inn Suites. About the same time that they were arriving at the R.I.S. Pablo and Zac-Eye were touching down in their big silver bird on the Anchorage Tarmac. They soon joined up with the Bird crew at the Airport and all were transported to the R.I.S. so that by 2:30 A.M. the party was on. Now there were enough Pun’kin Headed red-skinned buzzards to devour the infamous blotted rhino under foot. It might take us a week – but that is what the plan was.
